Policies and Regulations - General (applies to Retreats & Camps)

  1. There shall be no alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs on the premises.

  2. There shall be no use of tobacco (smoking, chewing, etc.) in any of the buildings or rooms.

  3. There shall be no hunting or unauthorized use of firearms or fireworks on the premises.

  4. No pets allowed without prior permission.

  5. Dorm and cabin accommodations do not include bedding or towels.

  6. Facilities must be left clean.

  7. Campfires shall be allowed ONLY in authorized locations.

  8. Camp vehicles/equipment shall be used and operated by authorized camp personnel only. 

  9. Please leave time for inspection prior to checkout.

  10. Additional fees shall be charged for missing items or damage suffered to buildings, grounds, equipment, etc.

Policies & Regulations - Retreats

  1. A 20% deposit is required with Retreat Reservation Request Form.

  2. Deposit is refundable if LifeChange Camp is given four (4) weeks’ notice of cancellation.

  3. Please inform LifeChange Camp regarding actual number of attendees no less than three (3) business days prior to your event.  If no contact is made, charges will be based on the estimated totals as stated in the Reservation Request Form, or actual attendance, whichever is greater.  Meal charges will be based on attendance, regardless of persons choosing NOT to eat for whatever reason, unless their fasting intentions are made known no less than three (3) business days prior to the event.

  4. Check-in time is 2:00 pm or later.

  5. Final payment is required upon checkout.

Policies & Regulations - Summer Camps

  1. DRESS CODE:

    1. Swimming suits:  modest one-piece or t-shirt over a two-piece suit and only in swimming areas

    2. Shorts:  No short, tight shorts (any inseam less than 3 inches in length)

    3. Tank tops:  No strappy tanks or racer backs that reveal bra straps, or regular tank tops that reveal cleavage

    4. Sleepwear:  Sleepwear shall not be worn in public areas.

LifeChange Camp and Retreat Center is available for use by any group whose purposes and practices do not conflict with those of LifeChange Camp, its board of directors and founders.
